The Penult Leadership Program will measure impact in three areas: spiritually, personally, and professionally. The program will spiritually impact interns by helping them develop a foundation built on faith, become secure and confident men of God, focusing on reverence, relationships, and the development of a life plan that will deliver better results. The program will personally impact interns by helping them develop core values and life skills, understand their learning style and personality traits, and learn techniques to improve their ability to communicate and work with others. The program will professionally impact interns by providing 10 months of full time work experience, a 5 year career plan towards financial stability and long term success, college remedial support, and business etiquette training.
